Terms of use

Effective 26 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and DIGIT29 TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, India ("we"), for the Orvel app and service. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple EULA) also applies; if the two conflict about the app licence, Apple's EULA prevails. By using Orvel you accept these terms.

1. The service

The camera, library and saving are free and need no account. AI looks are optional: they send a photo you choose to our AI provider and return an edited version. They require an account and credits.

2. Accounts

You may sign in with Apple, Google or an email code. Keep your devices and email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account.

3. Credits ("AI photos")

4. Your content

You keep all rights to your photos and to the edited results, to the extent the law allows. You give us and our AI provider a limited licence to process the photo and your optional note only to produce your edit. We do not use your photos to train AI models.

5. Acceptable use

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not use Orvel to create content that is illegal, sexualises minors, harasses or defames anyone, infringes others' rights, or depicts a real person in a misleading or non-consensual way. We may refuse a request or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

6. AI output

AI edits are generated automatically and can be inaccurate or unexpected. Review results before you share them. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

8. Ending

You can stop using Orvel and delete your account at any time in the app. We may end or change the service with reasonable notice; if we discontinue AI looks, we will explain how unused purchased credits are handled.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without removing protections of the law of the country where you live as a consumer.
