Do I need an account?
No, the camera is free without one. You sign in only when you first use an AI look.
How do credits work?
One credit (one "AI photo") edits one photo. New accounts get a few free credits; more are available in the app under Profile → Get credits. Credits don't expire, and failed edits are refunded automatically.
I have a gift code
Open Profile → Redeem code. Apple's redemption sheet opens, and the credits appear on your balance after Apple confirms.
A purchase didn't arrive
Open the app while signed in to the same account and connected to the internet: pending purchases are delivered automatically. Profile → Purchases shows each purchase with a PDF receipt. If it is still missing, email us with the date and the Apple order ID.
Refunds
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The sign-in email didn't arrive
Check spam, wait a minute, then tap Resend. The code and the link work once and expire after 10 minutes.
Delete my account
Profile → Delete account. See the privacy policy for what is deleted.
